A knight of the Order of Sun who always boasts an honest and pleasant personality. She always gets scolded by her old friend Linzy for being naive and oblivious. She is the mood maker for everyone and never gets discouraged.
A blow that strikes enemies like a meteor, dealing damage equal to 300% of DEF to the nearest enemy and enemies within a 2.5m radius, knocking them down and stunning them for 2.5 seconds.

Chloe's potential manifests when faced with crisis. If her HP falls to 35% or less, increases physical resistance by 40% and magic resistance by 40% for 14 seconds, and HP recovered by 7% of max HP (activated once per battle).
Physical resistance changes to 45%, magic resistance changes to 45%, and HP recovery changes to 8.5% of max HP.
Physical resistance changes to 50%, magic resistance changes to 50%, and HP recovery changes to 10% of max HP.
Adds a shield effect to "Indomitable Will". The shield HP is equal to 10% of max HP and lasts for 14 seconds.

The beefiest tank in the current SSR roster except when dealing with more than 2 frontlines (where Petra will shine). Chloe is a tried and tested frontline that can even hold her own as your only tank with a backup healer like Talia, Jiho, or Catherine. There is rarely, if ever, a single stage where you do not use a tank in your lineup, be it Chloe, Petra, or Claire (top 3 tanks in the meta), since the enemy CP and levels will outweigh yours by so much that your entire team will collapse without a tank.
The main reason for this is her S3, which essentially acts as a 2nd life when activated. At level 3, her 50% boost to physical and magic resistance on top of gaining 10% max hp for 14 seconds essentially gives her 280% effective HP. Although this is affected by anti-heals like Rebecca, Chloe’s survivability is almost uncontested versus any other tank we have on the roster. Her S1 taunt and DEF increase while being immune to crowd control further acts as an excellent tank that can draw fire away from your squishy healers, assassins, and backline DPS.
That said, as with any tanks, she is very susceptible to stat checks, where if your Chloe’s level isn’t high enough or doesn’t have enough dupes, she will die extremely quickly to the enemy’s target fire on her due to her taunt. We wouldn’t say as a unit Chloe is game-breaking to the point of SSS, but she along with any other tanks are essential to your 5-man comp for most content aside from DPS checks.
For boss stages, Chloe, unfortunately, falls short just like any other tank since they are a DPS check, although this could change in the future with the introduction of more bosses that hits harder (such as guild coop).
For PVP, Chloe is also a very strong choice for frontline. Not just being tanky, her taunt can sometimes cause enemy units to move in weird directions just to get to Chloe, allowing your team to gain a few seconds of DPS and mana advantage over them. Against a mirror comp, this can be game-changing where every second matters.
