Her most remarkable trait is her passive which allows her to recover her HP when pushed below 35% HP once per battle, while greatly increasing her defenses for 14 seconds. She can also taunt, meaning she'll grab all the enemy attention while keeping your backline safe! Her kit makes Chloe an excellent choice for holding the frontline alone, as between the extra HP regen and her main stunning the enemy for a few seconds she can survive the initial burst from frontline heavy stages. Her artifact is also quite helpful, given it will give Chloe a shield when triggering her HP regen - on top of that will also give her back some Mana at legendary+ so that she can charge her main skill faster. Considering her ability to soak a lot of damage and heal it back - as long as she can survive the initial bursts - she benefits a lot from ascensions, but can still survive with lower investment when supported. Catherine especially plays very well with her, due to the synergy of their kits. In long battles, she'll pnly be able to contribute to the team with her stuns and taunts, so it's suggested to play her in aggressive teams that can finish the fight early. She can be useful in bossfights where there are multiple enemies and is a solid pick for pvp.
