Manifesting Goddess of Thunder
Type: Damage - AOE
Claudia strikes the ground with her huge hammer, dealing damage equal to 500% of ATK to all enemies and inflicting "Shock" on them, which deals DoT equal to 70% of ATK every 2 sec for 12 sec. To targets already inflicted with "Shock," she deals Shock type damage equal to 400% of ATK instead of inflicting "Shock."
Then, Claudia enters "Goddess of Thunder" mode for 16 sec, activating additional effects for her main and sub skills.
Damage changes to 600%, and Shock DoT changes to 75%. To targets already inflicted with "Shock," she deals Shock type damage equal to 450% of ATK instead of inflicting "Shock."
Damage changes to 700%, and Shock DoT changes to 80%. To targets already inflicted with "Shock," she deals Shock type damage equal to 500% of ATK instead of inflicting "Shock."
Lightning Shower
Type: Damage - AOE
Changes the surrounding environment and gathers thunderclouds to attack all enemies with lightning strikes, removing 1 buffs from them, dealing damage equal to 200% of ATK, and inflicting "Shock" on them, which deals DoT equal to 50% of ATK every 2 sec for 12 sec.
If Claudia is in "Goddess of Thunder" mode, her ATK-based damage ignores 50% of DEF.
Damage changes to 300%, and Shock DoT changes to 60%. If Claudia is in "Goddess of Thunder" mode, her ATK-based damage ignores 75% of DEF.
Damage changes to 400%, and Shock DoT changes to 70%. Removes 2 buffs from targets. If Claudia is in "Goddess of Thunder" mode, her ATK-based damage completely ignores DEF.
Lightning Flash
Type: Curse
Calls down a Thunderstrike on the nearest enemy, dealing damage equal to 200% of ATK in a 3.5m radius around the target and inflicting "Shock," which deals DoT equal to 60% of ATK every 2 sec for 8 sec. If Claudia is in "Goddess of Thunder" mode, she also knocks down all targets within range.
Damage changes to 250%, and Shock DoT changes to 70%.
Damage changes to 300%, and Shock DoT changes to 80%. Also increases targets' total damage received by 15% for 8 sec.
Herald of Thunder
Type: Control
Claudia deals damage equal to 150% of ATK to enemies within 3.5m of the enemy with the highest ATK, stunning them for 2 sec. Then, she inflicts "Herald of Thunder" on the main target for 4 sec.
If "Herald of Thunder" expires without being canceled, it deals additional damage equal to 75% of ATK to enemies within 3m of the target and stuns them for 1 sec.
If Claudia is in "Goddess of Thunder" mode, she also inflicts "Falling Thunder," which decreases ATK and DEF by 3% per stack, on targets within range (up to 5 stacks).
Damage changes to 200%, and additional damage changes to 100%. ATK and DEF decrease per "Falling Thunder" stack changes to 4%.
Damage changes to 250%, and additional damage changes to 125%. ATK and DEF decrease per "Falling Thunder" stack changes to 5%. The enemy cannot evade Herald of Thunder. Enemies within range are pulled toward the main target.

Type: Buff
While Claudia is on the battlefield, all enemies are inflicted with "Conductive," which increases received Shock damage by 100%. Claudia's basic attack deals damage equal to 100% of ATK to all enemies.
Shock damage increase from "Conductive" changes to 125%. Basic attack damage changes to 125%.
Shock damage increase from "Conductive" changes to 150%. Basic attack damage changes to 150%. Claudia recovers 200 Mana every 2 sec for every enemy inflicted with Shock.

Level 1: Whenever an ally uses her ultimate skill while the lead Soul is on the battlefield, she becomes inflicted with the Mental Stimulation debuff, which increases her Mana by 2500 but prevents her from gaining any more Mana as long as Mental Stimulation is active on here.

We have reworked our tier list owing to multiple meta shifts and how we rate characters. As such some of the reviews (especially of older characters) might not match the tier list ratings. Please prioritize the ratings given over provided Review. We will be working on updating all reviews, but it is a time-consuming endeavor.
DoT-type damage has been the flavor of the year, and the balance patch released on 27 November 2025 allows Claudia to get in on the action. Claudia still retains her powerful shock-oriented AoE capabilities, but now unlocks bonus abilities via her Ultimate.
Claudia’s kit is centered around applying a ton of AOE damage, shock-type damage and now her “Goddess of Thunder” mode, accessed via her ultimate. In this mode, Claudia gains access to ATK, DEF and Damage shred debuffs, allowing her to further amp her own damage while benefiting the party. This allows her to play well into the Dark Knight (AOE) and Charite Raids (ATK shred, Shock Damage bonus), and do well enough against Pluto (Demon typing).
Claudia can now easily slot into a variety of comps, including those featuring multiple Damage over time effects (as she no longer nullifies other DoT effects). With access to a variety of Crowd Control effects, including Stun and Pull, Claudia can easily run over content with enough investment.
Claudia’s issues remain the same despite her patch - as a squishy backrow caster, Claudia is quite susceptible to getting dived upon and killed by Assassins, and it remains to be seen if her DPS is sufficient against single-target bosses. She is now available each month via the Labyrinth shop, so players can steadily grow Claudia over time.
