Her mind is filled with bombs and explosives. She wants to craft bombs that explode anytime, anywhere. If there's an explosion somewhere in Arkenine, it's all Flynn's work. Today, it seems like she's exploded someone's precious residence again...
Flynn, engulfed in madness, fires a rocket, dealing damage equal to 330% of ATK to the nearest enemy and enemies within 2.5m around it, and stuns the target for 2 sec.
Damage changes to 360%.
Damage changes to 390%. Adds an effect which restores Mana by 3000.
Flynn, engulfed in madness, explodes Mr. Rocket, causing her normal attacks to explode and deal additional damage by the same amount as the normal attacks to targets within 2.5m for 10 seconds. Speed increases by 40% for 12 seconds.
Speed increase changes to 45%.
Speed increase changes to 50%. Immune to Status Effects during skill.
Throws a grenade made with crude skills. Deals damage equal to 170% ATK to the farthest enemy, and launches the enemy 2m to the front.
Damage changes to 185%.
Damage changes to 200%. Adds an effect which stuns target for 2 sec.
Fires a rocket filled with gunpowder, dealing damage equal to 150% ATK to the nearest enemy and enemies within 2.5m. If the "Mmm, Gun Powder!" buff is applied, the skill deals double the damage.

Damage changes to 170%. If the "Mmm. Gun Powder! buff is applied, the target's ATK is reduced by 20% for 5 seconds.
Slow but deadly. Flynn's slow normal attacks deal 100% damage, and her ATK increases by 26% if there are no allies or enemies 3m around her. Flynn's normal attack may be slow but Mana recovery is higher by 70%.
Normal attack damage changes to 110%, ATK increase changes to 29%.
Normal attack damage changes to 120%, ATK increase changes to 32%.
Adds an effect to "Better Alone!" that increases Crit Rate by 6%.
Crit Rate increase changes to 9%.

With how small the beast faction is, Flynn can still see some play in beast tower despite her low rating. Furthermore, her DPS can be quite impressive if she gets to ramp up after M1, which turns every one of her basic attacks into a massive AOE attack (remember some Flynn stages where she cast M1 and a single auto killed 3 of your units?).
Her S1 is also a mini Adrienne hook, which pulls the farthest enemy slightly closer to the frontline, grouping them up for her AOE basic attacks to hit.
Flynn’s glaring weakness is the long time it takes for her to cast M1, and before then her basic attacks have the slowest base attack speed in the game without having a sufficient ATK buff to justify her slow speed, which severely gimps her DPS.
Against enemy comps with assassins that could easily jump behind her and alter her firing direction, or debuffers that slow mana regeneration or speed, it can be difficult for Flynn to enter into M1 safely and start contributing to the team. Her S3 is tied to relying on her being alone to massively increase her basic attack multiplier and crit rate with her artifact, and this can be problematic as you often run multiple backlines since stacking frontlines severely limit your DPS, and even enemy units can cancel this S3.
At the moment, her use is also limited in both boss stages and PVP, and we will see if she receives more changes or buffs in the future.
