Renee is a Epic rarity character from the Striker class who belongs to the Fairy faction and who uses the STR gear type.
An inspector of the Soul Alliance and a celebrity from the Republic of Chalar. She even has a large fan club called "Silver Afterimage." Her knowledge of science and engineering is sharp, so she knows how to make and remodel her own weapons. She's aware that she's talented.

Supercompressed Energy Burst
Type: Damage - AOE
Forcefully condenses energy then shoots it to the nearest enemy, dealing damage equal to 400% of ATK and pushing the enemy far away. Deals 200% additional damage if the <Gear Up> buff is active.
Damage changes to 430%, additional damage changes to 220%.
Damage changes to 460%, additional damage changes to 240%. Adds an effect which stuns the target for 4 seconds if the <Gear Up> buff is active.
Machine Gun Punch
Type: Damage - Single
With a series of strikes at the speed of light, deals damage equal to 250% ATK to the nearest enemy and knocks it down. Deals 120% additional damage if the "Gear Up" buff is active.
Damage changes to 260%, additional damage changes to 130%. Adds an effect which stuns the target for 4 seconds if the "Gear Up" buff is active.
Damage changes to 280%, additional damage changes to 140%.
Shockwave Punch
Type: Debuff
Explodes a sphere, inflicting damage equal to 160% ATK in 5m long, 45 degree conical area in front of you and decreasing Mana by 1200. Deals additional damage equal to 80% ATK if the "Gear Up" buff is active.
Damage changes to 175% additional damage changes to 85%.
Damage changes to 190% additional damage changes to 90%. Mana decrease changes to 1600.
Magnum Punch
Type: Damage - Single
Adjusts the physical ability to apply a quick consecutive attack. Deals damage equal to 170% of ATK to the nearest enemy and increases her Speed by 20% for 20 seconds.
Damage changes to 185%.
Damage changes to 200%. Adds an effect which decreases the target's Speed by 20% for 10.
Gear Up
Type: Buff
If Renee has a buff that increases Speed, then ATK increases by 32% and Evasion increases by 32.
ATK increase changes to 35% Evasion changes to 35.
ATK increase changes to 38% Evasion changes to 38.
Combo Punch
Type: Active
Level 1: Using the main skill deals damage equal to 100% of the lead Soul's ATK to the nearest enemy and grants the Combo Punch buff to Renee (up to 3 stacks). Deals 100% additional damage per Combo Punch stack. The damage is multiplied by 1.5 if the lead Soul is a STR soul.
Level 7: Using the main skill deals damage equal to 170% of the lead Soul's ATK to the nearest enemy and grants the Combo Punch buff to Renee (up to 3 stacks). Deals 170% additional damage per Combo Punch stack. The damage is multiplied by 1.5 if the lead Soul is a STR soul.

Every time you use normal attacks or skills, you get a special buff that increases Crit Rate by 2.5%. When you get 6 stacks, all attacks deal additional damage equal to 80% ATK (up to 6 stacks).

Crit Rate increase changes to 6.3%. If you have 6 stacks of “Burning Up” buff, “Machine Gun Punch” deals additional damage based on 120% of ATK.

Renee also suffers a similar fate to Cherrie, that being the fairy faction has some of the best units currently like Vivi, Talia, Chloe, and Naiah, thereby simply outclassing her.
Sharing a similar role with Haru as a single target melee burst unit, Renee is weaker since she does not have any DEF penetration, only mana reduction. This inherently contradicts her kit since a melee frontline like Renee, without any gap closers, would only target the enemy frontline.
Mana reduction isn’t that impactful against frontlines as compared to outright killing them with DEF penetration since their M1s are usually not that impactful compared to a backline M1.
Her artifact is like Linzy’s daze stacks but worse since she only gains crit rate without any attack or crit dmg buff. Another glaring weakness is that a large portion of her kits like M1, ult, and S1 depends on her S3 being active, but Renee’s S2 speed buff is only up for 14s, which heavily gimps her overall DPS and durability when inactive.
Although she is a fairy and you could run Vivi with her, her speed buff only lasts 10s, which is still extremely short and likely will not align with Renee’s skill timings. Without S3, Renee simply cannot match up with most other SSRs. At the moment, her use is also limited in both boss stages and PVP, and we will see if she receives more changes or buffs in the future.
