The only units that have the kit which is reliant on the other unit, Mica/Seeha are underwhelming individually, but synergizes very well when used together. With both units, it is unlikely that you will use their ult since there are more impactful ults for the beast faction (especially after Honglan’s release), so they act as a great anchor for the beast team, impactful in both DPS and sustainability.
With Mica, Seeha because a slightly better healer than Clara in terms of the heals provided, as well as slightly increased DPS + durability. Her artifact also allows for more M1 uptime due to self mana regeneration, further increasing her healing output. That being said, both of them suffer a glaring weakness; reliance on one another. This severely restricts the freedom of team building, since you effectively bring only 3 other units to supplement your team. This could be ignored if they are extremely strong in terms of DPS and heal, but they, unfortunately, fall short in both areas, often overshadowed by other units who can do their job better yet without relying on any other unit.
Mica’s AOE output can be outperformed by Vivi or Velenna, while Seeha’s heals are not as strong as Erikas's or Talia’s. Lastly, they are both stat-hungry units, having to origin both of them eventually will be a painful resource bottleneck for most players since they belong to the same faction.
Having said that, they prove to be extremely useful in the beast tower due to the limited unit pool at the moment, and heavy investments in both of them still allow players to progress tremendously, albeit slower than meta comps.
We have yet to see either of them perform, since Mica’s AOE damage is irrelevant against a single target boss, while Seeha’s heals are nice but not worth wasting a slot for mica. This is further magnified since Mica is simply not good against single targets, and as such, you would not run Seeha since Mica is excluded.
There have been some rare Mica/Seeha comps with backline support, and this might be even stronger with the inclusion of Honglan, but at the moment they are not as impactful since you would often not run Catherine with Seeha, and we all know how impactful Catherine is.
We will add them as soon as it is possible!
