Once battle begins, Apollyon is not affected by Speed buffs and debuffs, and each use of her sub skill adds a stack of "Power of the End," which fires an "Arrow of the End" toward the farthest enemy upon reaching 5 stacks, dealing damage equal to 1200% of ATK in a straight line.

The long-awaited awakened form of the former queen of Solrey heralds the end of your opponents through a barrage of AoE attacks.
Skill Rotation: S1 > S1 > S2 > Repeat
Passive: Authority of the End - Yuria deals AOE damage to all enemies every 4 seconds. Yuria is unaffected by any Speed buffs/ debuffs applied during combat (this includes Treasures and skills, but Keepsakes are fair game) and gains stacks of the Power of the End each time she uses a subskill. At 5 stacks, Yuria consumes these 5 stacks and changes her next action to “Arrow of the End” (I shall gladly end it all.”), which deals AOE damage to the furthest target and resets her skill rotation.
S1: Rain of the End (“The End is Warranted.”) - Yuria deals AOE damage to all enemies in a 3.5m radius and applies a debuff, which deals additional damage upon expiry if not cleansed.
S2: Calling (“Repent.”) - Yuria sits on a badass throne which applies an ATK buff to herself while applying an ATK buff, a Slow debuff and a Damage Taken Increase debuff to her allies. Angels and Demon souls also deal bonus damage while the buff is active.
Ultimate: Sun of the End - Yuria deals AOE damage to all enemies and applies a permanent debuff which deals an instance of every DoT type damage (Burn, Freeze, Curse, Shock, Bleeding, Frost) to enemies every 6 seconds.
Main: Hope-Binding Chains - Deals damage to the enemy with the highest ATK, stunning them. If the enemy has the Ultimate’s debuff active, she deals increased damage and inflicts a Damage Received debuff.
Artifact Skill - Doomsday Trumpet: Applies a party Damage Reduction buff at the start of the fight. After 24 seconds, this changes to a Damage Dealt buff. Yuria also deals increased initial Damage with her ultimate (at Legend+) and gains 2 stacks of “Power of the End” whenever she uses her “Arrow of the End” (at Origin).
The release of Yuria (Apollyon) marks Eversoul’s 3rd Anniversary and we think the devs are trying to bring in new players with a strong and simplified kit. Yuria is incredibly beginner-friendly. Yuria does not subscribe to the notion of “Skill Levels” and will immediately be at full power from the start of your playthrough. She has also solid AOE damage output and will finish fights quickly. With easy access to 3 dupes from the Awakening Shop and 3 more from the ongoing Anniversary event, as well as over 350 artifact shards from her banner and event, it is incredibly easy to have her ascended to Origin Ascension with at least Legend+ Artifact. Yuria is a fantastic addition to the roster, which will make new account progression very smooth.
Yuria does have her drawbacks, which led to a less than stellar debut in the Raid scene. While she is immune to Slow effects, she cannot increase her Speed further besides equipping a Speed set, which diminishes her scaling potential. Her utility uptime is very low (being 6 seconds each) and can actually mess with skill rotations in combat due to the Speed debuff from her S2. This also makes her Origin Artifact upgrade iffy, because it changes her skill rotations to being able to cast her S2 every 3 actions instead of 5.
Yuria is expected to have decent coverage thanks to her many DoT-type damage from her Ultimate having bonus damage against most boss gimmicks, decent damage output and fairly universal utility, but is very unlikely to take over as main DPS from the current heavy hitters.
That is not to say Yuria is weak, but the past few releases (Cherrie (Romance), Claudia (Archangel) have been so incredibly strong in comparison that we won’t be surprised if Yuria gets buffed in the future. If we had a dollar for every story-centric Chaotic Soul who had less than stellar releases, we would have 2 dollars. Which isn’t a lot, but we’re surprised it might happen a third time. She is still a strong pickup and with the Anniversary going on right now, very easy to max out, so we definitely encourage all players to give her a shot.
