Review

Honestly, the 00 Identity for Hong Lu should really be 000 rarity since it's stronger than 90% of 000 Identities available on launch.

Similar to the 000 version of Hong Lu, the Kurokumo variant is a killing machine that deals stupid amounts of damage - both upfront and over time as the Bleed will finish anyone who survived the initial onslaught. His skills and passives synergize really well, allowing him to be slotted into any team and do well there - he especially shines in Bleed teams though and makes them even more overpowered.

And what's great about this variant is that you don't even need to reach Tier 3 to abuse it. It's already strong on Tier 2, so you can save your threads on Identities that need them more initially.

His only issue is similar to the 000 variant and he needs help with supporting his base EGO.
