Review

You know, I have to say it here - Project Moon are Hong Lu simps. There's no other way to explain the fact that both 000 and 00 Hong Lu are pure monsters.

Tingtang Hong Lu is a living and breathing killing machine that can output ridiculous amounts of damage and speedrun Mirror Dungeons Floors 1 and 2, drastically reducing the time you need to farm. While all his skills are great, the kill on reset available on his Skill 3 is simply broken. And on top of that, he can also apply Bleeds which makes him a perfect addition to the already overpowered Bleed team.

Overall, Tingtang Hong Lu can reach the damage levels of Ishmael and Don with no setup whatsoever, nuking from Turn 1 without any issues, while the other two Identities need time to start shining.

While his passives may not look impressive at a first glance, his combat passive that regenerates sanity helps him maintain Heads rolling in every meaning of those words because of the weighted odds of Head at positive sanity.

His only drawback is that he can’t support its own base EGO.

  • can deal stupid amounts of damage without any support or setup,

  • fits into Bleed teams nicely, making them even more overpowered,

  • his shirt is swag, allowing him to murder enemies with style.
