F2P accounts will be able to obtain this amount of Stellar Jades (premium currency) and Passes.

After first 2 weeks:

This means that if nothing changes compared to the Final Beta, you will be able to reach the first pity (90 pulls) on Seele banner within 2 weeks or so.

Please keep in mind that the numbers don't include any events (which always give free stuff) and new content releases that also come with new achievements, one time rewards etc. Basically it's the base income.
