Review
Kyarot is an Innocent Support unit that specializes in providing SP to the rest of the team while healing, buffing allies and Silencing enemies. She is pretty good, but there is no reason to pull her if you aren't using Innocent teams (competitive players can pull for Elias Frontier). Instead, you should try to get her card if possible, as it is an extremely good SP recovery card that will work in any team and can stack with other SP items with similar effects.
