Review
Shoupan is a Vivacious Support unit that has great healing and utility. Her Noise debuff shines in Boss content. If you are using Rudd as your main Tank, Shoupan as your second Healer after UI will make the team a lot more comfortable, otherwise she isn't really a core unit.
Pros
Staple in Dimension with her Noise debuff.
Staple in Vivacious as the 6th unit ( at the time of her release)
Cons
Cannot compete with UI if you have a good tank (not Rudd).
