Velvet is a Tank with a Taunt and HP recovery on her Freshman Skill; however, most of the time, this skill gets her killed if she's the only Apostle on your frontline. If you are using two Tanks for elemental content, Velvet isn't a bad pick, but if you want to use her as your only Tank, she will not be enough at high Combat Power deficit.

Her tankiness is mostly because of her Senior Skill, which makes her very inconsistent.
