[CR] Sakabula

This skill can only be used when [Pure White Dream] is usable and after being used, [Pure White Dream] will go on cooldown for 3 rounds. Consumes 10% current health from all allies (except self), deals 127.2% damage to a single enemy target, penetrates 30% of target's defense, and the maximum attack boost each ally can give is up to 1000. If the health of every other living ally is less than 50%, lower [Pure White Dreams] cooldown by 2 rounds; if own health is less than 50%, restore health to all allies equal to 30% of damage dealt.
Passive: When using [Piercing Cry]/[Entwined Mirror]/[Pure White Dream], for every 1000 health lost on all allies (except self), increase own attack by 100/100/160. When there is an ally on the field that's an eligible target for an attack, [CR] Sakabula can not be a designated attack target, and at the beginning of own turn, if there's an ally alive (except self), Cleanse 1 debuff off self.
RANK 3: When using [Entwined Mirror], if allys' health is less than 50%, increase that attacks penetration by an additional 30%.
RANK 5: When another ally attacks, if their health is less than 50%, increase the penetration of said attack by 15%.
