Review

Access trying to say glasses ain't cool? Homura with glasses (megane) is the free welfare character from the Madoka collab. A watered down version of regular Homura because glasses Homura aka Moemura isn't cool enough. Moemura is similar to Coolmura in function but with some slight differences. Moemura doesn't have the Absolute Order buff but instead applies it as a debuff from her S3. It's not even close to as good but at least it has a nice multiplier for damage. S2 has the same Slow/Speed Down and Restricted debuffs but not at 100% proc chance (before UE) and S1 is the same. Not much to say. Not a bad welfare but pales in comparison to her cool self.

Major Note: 4* Homura and 5* Homura aren't counted as unique separate units when building teams. You can only use one or the other. Edit: The same goes for Raid/Ultimate Arena. Was "fixed." Sorry.
