Basic

Review

Best meguca. If Jessie is on one side of the coin, Kyouko would be the other side, albeit a bit more defensive. Able to tank 20% of the damage all allies would take, provide both defense and crit resistance buff to all allies, a funky unique buff that forces enemy single target attacks to hit her and gains 16% damage reduction while having said buff. She can be a real nuisance when fully kitted out, keeping the team alive in PvE and Raid. PvP is a bit odd in the sense that even throughout the AoE cleave from Madoka and MA Mel she's still a nice pick on defense team. She was a premiere defense pick in the beginning since everybody was blind by Mami but since EN is different so will the meta obviously. She has some built in health restore which isn't bad but takes a bit to get going, but by that point the fight has ended. A better tool in PvE.
