Review
She's Kyouko but in blue form and some slight differences. Mainly in how S2 is proc'd. The usual full team Defense and Crit Res buff is great but it's packed into S3 instead of being split which can cause some issues. Being able to put Attract Firepower(Self Sacrifice) on a different tank has is benefits as there are some better tanks than Kyouko who can better use the buff. Overall a solid tank to help try and relieve red unit pressure.
