Review

Been a few weeks since Madoka collab started. Mami sure stirred up the community with her AoE S3 pen. Too bad that's pretty much all she's good for. She was grossly overhyped and now things have calmed down, people took a step back and realized she isn't as good as people thought. While yes, AoE def pen is great, this only works in PVP. Defense teams are tight right now so trying to cover all bases is difficult. In the end while Mami is still strong in one aspect, she's largely been dropped in favor of Madoka.

S3 Defense "Ignore" is not quite the same as straight up Pen. Other buffs and effects are calculated with it. Depending on who you fight, even with the full attack differential you may not fully ignore 100% of their defense.
