General info
Fresh out of school, Clover Academy Charlotte is our newest teacher and she is here to teach us about the importance of technique, the strenght of counterattacks and she will enforce silence whether you like it or not.
She is a very useful buffer that can provide your team with a 60% increased all attack buff for 2 turns as well as a very strong counterattack buff to all her allies for one turn. Since offense the best defence, if you add her skill page to the mix you also get one turn of total defence added to her all atk buff, giving you a great all around kit to control the battlefield.
We can't talk about S3 Charlotte without mentioning her strongest perk, a full turn of silence that will apply Silence to the enemy team as long as your entire team includes Technique allies. Silence is a powerful debuff that will prevent the enemy from using their Skill two. This is a very powerful counter to some units that need to use their second skill asap in pvp, like Summer Noelle.
Between her incredible PvP applications and her convenient all ATK buffing for raids and other PvE content, Clover Academy Charlotte will be a remarkable addition to your box. She works great right out of the box and only gets better with dupes, making her an ideal pick for your free S3 hero. And speaking of dupes....
Dupes
Her E2 passive is very simple, giving her an extra skill point when attacked. This is nice, since it will let Charlotte fill her SP quite fast coupled with her personal skill page (chance of gaining 1 extra sp when attacked). However, E5 is where she really shines, making her counterattack buff last for two turns AND giving her a significant speed boost. At E5, Clover Academy Charlotte is the fastest unit in the game, tied only with William currently, giving her a chance to control the battlefield even more.
Skill page
Her personal skill page gives a 20-100% (depending on how many dupes) chance of getting 1SP when hit. The main reason to run her skill page is the buff to her Skill 2, adding the Total Defense buff to her All ATK buff, giving her even better buffing capabilities.
PvP
S3 Charlotte shines in pvp, where she can negate the enemy Summer Noelle just by running a full Technique team. It helps it's an attribute full of competitive units, like Mars, Lotus, Julius and also has other strong buffers like Gauche or William.
