General info
"Despair, you won!" said everyone getting Despair Vetto as an offbanner.
Our second iteration of Vetto is a Sense Defender that focuses on soaking damage and recovering HP.
His skill 1 will grant him an [Increased DMG Dealt] butt up to 40% based on Vetto's lost HP. His skill 2 grants Vetto a [Body Enchantment] buff for 2 turns, giving him 100%(up to 145%) extra DEF and 30% Endurance. It also gives him 15%(up to 20%) of his Max HP as [HP Recovery], coupled with a [Fortify] buff for 2 turns if you also have Vetto's skill card equipped.
His special attack has a 40/70% chance (depending on skill upgrade) to inflict [Enhanced Taunt] on all enemies, that gives the defender to regain 10% hp when attacked by an enemy under the [Enhanced Taunt] debuff. Lastly, his combined attack inflicts a huge [M.ATK Reduction] on the enemy. When Vetto's HP fall under 30% for the first time in a fight, he will gain [Immortality] for 1 turn.
Despair Vetto is unfortunately in a very hard spot, considering he is quite literally a punching bag. It's hard to justify summoning for the character, unless you are somehow a big fan of Vetto. His damage is not the greatest, Rades is a better tank, his only saving grace is probably the higher CP due to the tank stats.
Dupes
Despair Vetto gets a 3% [Reduced DMG Taken] bonus for every debuff on him at E2, bumped up to 7% at E5. Nothing wrong with extra defenses on a tank, especially since debuffs are very common.
Skill page
Despair Vetto skill page grants a [Fortify] buff for 2 turns when using his Skill 2. The passive skill increases Endurance by 7/15% based on dupe level and Crit res by 5%. Honestly, his skill page doesn't do much for him, almost every other defender skill page would work, even Sekke.
PvP
Despair Vetto is one of the pvp units of all times and will spread Despair across Bronze and Silver league. An absolute unit.
