General info
Taking a short summer break after all the event arena grinding, Swimsuit Yuno is a very powerful debuffer that shines in pve and boss content, provided you were able to obtain him during his limited event.
His skill 1 will reduce the enemy stamina by 15% (it can be bumped up to 20% if you want to level the skill up to 5), while his skill 2 will inflict an aoe Attack down on all the enemies, granting him a 5% crit damage buff for every debuff on the enemy if you are running his skill page. His LR passive further decreases the atk of the enemies by 10% if you are using Skill 2.
When Yuno uses his special skill, he inflicts an Incapacitate debuff on the enemy for two turns, while also inflicting Concentrated Attack for 1 turn. Lastly, his combination attack can inflict a def down debuff on all enemies for two turns while also removing immortality from the enemy.
As a debuffer, Yuno can actually deal some respectable damage while inflicting helpful debuffs that will decrease the enemy attack while increasing the damage they receive - especially if you can spare a dupe ssr to get his E2 passive. A valuable addition to every player's roster whose main weakness is being limited in the number of copies you can obtain, as he really shines at E5 when you can consistently apply his 10% debuff.
Dupes
Yuno's E2 Passive gives to the enemy a 10% damage taken debuff for two turns if he hits a critical hit, with a 50% chance. Getting him to E5 raises the % of hitting the debuff to 100%. His enhancement stats only add crit damage, so unfortunately he doesn't get free crit from dupes. Most players will have Yuno at E1, the 50% chance to get 10% increased damage is worth the ssr piece (during the event, both his SP and dupes cost only 1 piece).
Skill page
His skill page increases Yuno's crit damage by 5% for every debuff when using his skill 2. It's a good damage buff, but he mostly needs to crit in order to proc his debuff so it requires crit rate% investment between gear and substats. The skill page passive gives a % chance to inflict a HP recovery immunity debuff to the enemy for 1 turn. There aren't many enemies that will recover HP, but when they do it's annoying, so having the skill page will make your life a lot easier. If you got both copies from the arena store and hit platinum V in pvp, you will have his skill page at Dupe 2, netting you a 48% chance.
PvP
Yuno is not a PvP unit, there are far better debuffers you can use and he doesn't bring much to the team that Lotus wouldn't bring, for example. He is on holiday leave, let him rest.
