Blade Lineage Outis focuses on Poise, but sadly she suffers from the same issues as most Poise users - that's it hard to make her work. Furthermore, two of her skills require Heads to be rolled to actually do something, making her an even bigger slot machine. Even her passive is underwhelming as it only triggers when enemies are below 25% which usually means they're already close to being dead and additional damage Outis gains against them is simply wasted.
