(this 'Turn Start' effect does not activate repeatedly) If 2+ allies are defeated in a single turn, and if this unit's SP isn't at -45 at Turn End, reset SP to 20; then, enter the Volatile E.G.O::Waxen Pinion state. If this unit gets Staggered due to damage or raised Stagger Threshold when entering the Volatile E.G.O state, recover from Stagger. If the Stagger is something that cannot be naturally recovered from, this unit does not enter the Volatile E.G.O state. Gain Volatile Passion while in the Volatile E.G.O state. Turn Start: At 0 or less SP, exit the Volatile E.G.O::Waxen Pinion state.

Review
Let’s look at what Sinclair was before his Dawn allies. His clashes were underwhelming, damage non-existent aside from S3-2, which by modern standards is still non-existent. His main strengths were Burn infliction and AoE access for s2. His rolls were quite decent, but S1 was underwhelming in that regard. His main flaw was SP management, since after turn 4, he has basically been doomed to lose clashes randomly due to very low SP. Now, what did his 2 allies change?
Faust provided him with rolls and damage upscale, making his S1 less underwhelming to use for clash due to heightened standards, making his S2 really strong in terms of damage, and basically made his S3-2 damage on the same level, if not higher than HoS Ryoshu’s S3-1. Alongside it, he started activating Burn on his AoE skill 2, making it one of the best skills that the Burn team has. Overall, without Faust, he is as bad as he was, because Faust is the one upscaling him to modern standards.
Gregor made Sinclair less frustrating in terms of SP management. With him on the field, Sinclair heals 10 SP per turn for free, and he cannot fall below 25 SP, basically making him stay in his E.G.O. state forever. You can even spam EGO like Harmony without any drawbacks. Sinclair is quite squishy ID as well by default, and the shield + stagger removal helps Philip Clair survive the modern reality of unbreakable coins, whereas every touch of an enemy could mean death.
Do keep in mind that all of these buffs become stronger if said allies manage to die, although most of the time it is better to keep them alive due to the value they provide on the field.
To conclude, he lost all of his flaws by gaining really strong allies. Is he worth running? Definitely yes. Keep in mind that Burn team wants HoS Ryoshu, and HoS Ryoshu ‘s teambuilding is very nitpicky and restrictive, but Sinclair can carve his way into the team with his new allies.
[Dawn Office Fixer] Faust - Upscales his kit to a more modern standard.
[Dawn Office Rep] Gregor - Makes SP management way less annoying while providing the much-needed sustainability in the form of Shield.
Burn team - If it isn’t obvious enough, he only belongs and only works in this team.
Harmony - With the two Dawn Office allies, he can finally use E.G.O without compromising his SP too much. This E.G.O provides even more SP heal, HP heal and damage buffs while providing some AoE damage.
Damage, Damage, Damage, even more damage.
Really strong Status infliction with Burn activation.
Insanely High clashing.
No SP issues whatsoever (with Dawn Office allies, otherwise this pros is void).
Very restrictive team building, full power being entirely locked behind Walpurgis Night.
In this section we have listed best E.G.O.s, one per their rank for the Identity - starting with Zayin from left.
