Review
One of the two IDs from which season 7 has started. As a Tremor-Sinking Hybrid, she is leaning more towards the Sinking unit category by providing more utility to Gloom-oriented damage than the Sloth one. Contrary to expectations, she is not spectacular and merely serves as an alternative for the Sinking team, rather than a direct upgrade. To explain this, let’s look into her kit.
Starting with her unique effects, she has 3 of them
"The Udjat [Vanguard]" essentially gives some protection, 3 Haste, and makes the enemy roll worse. Some skills would perform better if Outis has this effect.
"Sheut Fracture" is a unique Sinking effect that does nothing with Sinking. It provides a minuscule amount of Gloom and Sloth Damage increase. Once fully stacked at 10, it applies 1 Gloom Fragility on the target. If the target is killed, then half of it will transfer to other enemies. If Outis dies, the effect will expire.
"Blue Sand" is a complex debuff that makes enemies roll worse and changes their panic type to “Blue Sand", reducing their Clash Power and Speed, and applies up to 3 Sinking count on Clash lose.
She has 2 passives; the built-in one has 2 unique effects. The first one provides 1 stack of "The Udjat [Vanguard]" if the enemy is panicking. The second one makes her apply "Sheut Fracture" on hit if she has "The Udjat [Vanguard]". The second passive that requires 3 Gloom Resonance provides a minor damage buff and 2 stacks of "The Udjat [Vanguard]", which is the main source of it.
Now let’s look at her skills.
Skill 1 - Khopesh Swordplay - Base Roll 11 - Max Roll 15 (16 Clash) - Generic Skill 1 that applies some "Sheut Fracture" on Clash win, gives her aggro, protection and is -1 on Sinking Count.
Skill 2 - Mirage incision - Base Roll 16 - Max Roll 22 (24 Clash) - Another generic skill that is negative on Sinking Count, applies some "Sheut Fracture" and has decent damage.
Skill 3 - The vanguard will see it Done - Base Roll 18 - Max Roll 25 - very generic Skill 3 that uses 4 ammo, applies “Blue Sand”, Gloom Resist Down and Burst Tremor once (twice if it’s against an enemy with SP). If the enemy is on negative SP, they will also receive Gloom Fragility.
Guard - Composure - Base Roll 20 - Simple defensive skill that applies Sinking when hit and makes her a bit tanky.
Based on this review, you can already guess that she does not shine in terms of stats. She is quite Sinking Count negative, and relies on bringing utility to the team. However, the utility she brings is a bit lackluster, though there is quite enough of it.
Sinking Team: The only team she synergises with. She brings some utility there, and with the amount of instances she inflicts "Sheut Fracture", she synergises with “Echoes of the Manors” quite well.
Decent Damage.
A lot of “small” utility.
Tanky.
Quite Count negative.
Doesn’t truly excel at anything.
