Review

Liu Section 4 Director Rodion Just like Liu Ishmael she is a damage dealing ID who benefits from burn stacking. She has a very high numbers being at 15/16/20, althought this comes with a requirement of having stacks of burn, which is very easy to do in a burn team and due to how burn works, she can maintain these numbers easily thought she will need some time to ramp up burn stacks in the first place. In a standalone team she is quite weak. Now what makes her a damage dealer? First off she gets a 30% dmg boost from her passive which again in a burn team very easy to proc if that wasn't enough, she gives wrath damage up (attack power up for Liu) although this can be tricky to do outside of md since you will need every enemies or parts to have 6 burn potency. And then on top of that she deals 30% more dmg on s3 which is a 4 coin skills with an extra 30 wrath damage on the last coin. Also her attack type is 1 blunt and 2 pierce meaning she can do well against blunt resistant enemy.

EGO synergy 4th Match Flame - can almost fully fuel it with access to wrath fragility and more burn
