Review

Liu Section 4 Director Rodion Like Liu Ishmael, Rodion is a damage-dealing ID who benefits from burn stacking. She has very high rolling numbers on skills, those being 15/16/20, although this comes with a requirement of having stacks of burn, which is very easy to do in a burn team, and due to how burn works, she can maintain these numbers easily thought she will need some time to ramp up burn stacks in the first place. In a standalone non-burn team, she is quite weak. Now what makes her a damage dealer? First off she gets a 30% dmg boost from her passive which again in a burn team is very easy to activate. If that wasn't enough, she gives Wrath damage up (attack power up for Liu) although this can be tricky to do outside of MD since you will need every enemy or part to have 6 burn potency on them. On top of that she deals 30% more damage on s3, which is a 4 coin skill, with an extra 30 wrath damage on the last coin.
