Review

Liu Gregor can apply lots of burn potency and he wants that burn potency to make up for his rather bad clashing values of 8/11/12 on skills when the enemy has no burn on them. While his +5 offence level can make up for the difference against certain enemies, it will not always be the case. His passives are also rather weak.
