Review
The new Der Freischütz Outis ID is an absolute beast and a must-have for burn teams. Starting out with her flaws, she only has two Sin Affinities, which greatly limits the amount of ego she can fuel with her kit. Magic Bullet Outis would also struggle a bit with battles that does not have that many enemies or abnos that does not have many parts.
Still though, as a standalone ID, she is capable of inflicting Defense Level Down to enemies through her Dark Flame, up to 7. This would mean that if she inflicts 7 Dark Flame on the enemy, it's the equivalent of having 2 fragile to the enemy, which totals up to everyone dealing +20% more damage teamwide for the entire turn. When put on a burn team, burn is amplified to do damage multiplied by how much Dark Flame is on the enemy. Say you have 30 burn on the target and 7 Dark Flame on the target, not only do you get the extra damage from the defense level down but also 210 damage as Pride damage. Additionally, her skills roll extremely well for clashing.
Magic Bullet Outis is a MASSIVE enabler for burn teams and an amazing damage amp support for any team you decide to put her on. Just be careful that it is possible to accidentally hit allies when playing with her.

Amazing at clearing out waves of enemies

Enables Burn teams to absolutely shred through bosses.
When as support, she allows hard hitting high cost egos to hit even harder.
Cons
Only has 2 Sin Affinities, so it's pretty difficult to fuel egos when she's on the team.
Can target her own team if you're not paying attention
Cannot make full use of her S3 on battles that has less than 3 enemies and abno battles without multiple parts
