Review

After the nerf, Red Sheet Sinclair is a liability on the field, and his support passive does not provide much to the team. Talisman, as a status itself, has been changed forthe worse. Before, you were getting X rupture potency on self based on X talisman on you while being hit. The core of that is still the same, but now you get X/2 rupture on self, rounded down, and reduce talisman stacks by 1. In other words, if you apply 5 talismans on the target, you will provide your team with a total of 7 rupture potency before the stack expires, 10 potency if you manage to apply 6 talisman stacks. Is there a practical use for all of mentioned above? Definitely no. If you have no spare count to consume, you cannot get any stacks of talisman, then his sole purpose of using s3 and just dying (luckily, he was de-leveled just for you) cannot be physically fulfilled. 

The single use you can find for him is an unbreakable coin enemy, which will remove the 6th stack, and you will be able to use his S3 next turn. Is it worth the effort? Definitely not
