Review

[Molar Office Fixer] Outis is a good damage ID that can utilise Tremor Burst to deal direct damage thanks to her passive. Her damage and clashing are fine, but there are issues in her kit that can make her a bit annoying to use. Like reliance on RNG to discard Skill 1 every single turn to activate requirements of Skill 3 or her Guard having [On Use] Discard, meaning unless she gets hit (and she is not a tank ID), Discard will not happen and Outis will just stand there with no damage dealt or tremor count gained for Skill 3.
