Review

N Heathcliff is an interesting ID who unfortunately suffers from being tied to N Corp faction. He needs his passive to be active, which requires at least 4 N Corp members to be present in team, to have really amazing rolls on top of doing rather good damage as far as 00 IDs go. He also has the strongest Plus Coin Drop in the game but it might be hard to utilise outside of N Corp team.
