Öufi Heathcliff is an identity brining new type of Tremor into the game, Tremor - Decay. Tremor - Decay functions and interracts as normal Tremor however it additionally decreases targets Defense Level by 1 per 4 Tremor Potency, making it in theory very great debuff. As far as Öufi Heathcliff skill rolls go, at base his skills roll 11/16/17. With more Tremor on the target, those values go up to 15/20/23 which are very great numbers. His S1 and S2 are basic as in except inflicting Tremor potency and count, there is nothing else. Main appeal of Öufi comes with S3. On third coin, if target's combined Tremor potency and count are 20 or higher, Heathcliff will convert Tremor to Tremor - Decay. While Öufi Heathcliff clashing is great and damage can be too (due to +30% damage bonus from passive), issue comes in with Tremor application as a whole. At the moment of writing this review, Öufi Heathcliff is mostly glued to LCCB Ishmael as her's Skill 2 applies 16 Tremor and 4 Tremor Count, basically instantly fulfilling all the conditions Öufi requires. However, due to LCCB Ishmael lower speed average than Öufi, it is tricky to get him going from turn 1 as perfect scenario is Ishmael rolls 5 speed, Heathcliif 4, all his conditions are fulfilled and Decay can be enabled at fight start. Outside of LCCB Ishmael, other Tremor application options are rather lucklustre and with no LCCB Ishmael in a team, Tremor stacking can be annoying. Even with Öufi Heathcliff, Tremor is still among the worst statuses in the game and Tremor IDs present during writing of this review are not the greatest. However once Tremor becomes good, Öufi Heathcliff value will go greatly up.
