Boosts damage by 5% of the target's missing HP (max 20).
After defeating an enemy, heal the ally with the lowest HP for 15 HP (once per turn). If this unit has Appetite spend it to boost the healing based on its Count.

R.B. Ryoshu is our very first event Identity. She focuses primarily on damage as her utility is lack luster.
Compared to the first skills of other identities, who usually are fillers, R.B. Ryoshu's skill is actually decent. It applies +1 Bleed Count and a new buff that will boost healing provided by Ryoshu’s passive when she kills the target. Currently, healing is not that needed so that unique buff is not really that impactful.
I.H. is her second skill and is no doubt her best skill and potentially among the best in the game… when it comes purely to clashing and doing damage. Low base power with 3 +5 coins maxes this skill at 18 power which is massive as at 45 sanity - losing with this skill will be hard. However, that is all this skill has going for it. Its debuffs, being 1 Bind and 2 Bleed are barely noticeable. Her other debuff, unique at the time of writing review, healing cut, has barely any use. One could argue it can be used on K Corp enemies, especially in Railway, but they can be killed easily as they are not that tanky to worry about their healing passive. Once we get more tanky enemies who have self-heal, this skill will get better.
Her third skill, I Can Cook Anything, is a pure damage skill. Its damage raises with the enemy decreasing health and each head will increase the last coin’s final damage. Sadly. this skill has some issues. One, its base power and coin power are not that good, which means it will create issues when clashing. Two, it is currently hard to properly boost the damage of this skill in comparison to Rip Space and Quick Suppression. The only Identities with Slash Fragility are W Meur who needs to spend Charge so that is already a lost cause and 7 Section… Ryoshu. So no Slash Fragility for R.B. Ryoshu. Lust fragility can be applied by Outis’s Ya Sunyata EGO and Hong Lu’s Roseatte (this one is hard to properly pull off), but that is all. No Gaze or other hard-hitting Lust skill to utilize resonance damage boost as with Rip + Quick combo. Three, unless the enemy is weak to Slash and/or Lust, this skill won’t shine at all.
Her passives are good when healing is needed or will be needed but sadly, her both passives require kills on the enemy so against bosses, R.B. Ryoshu doesn’t have passives.
Great big damage potential,
Amazing S2,
Decent clashing.
No proper Slash / Lust support to fully utilize her S3,
Lacking utility.
