The only thing R heathcliff has that others don’t is quick suppression, Now quick suppression is still very powerful as it gives the enemy 4 fragile this combined  with the amount of ways he can get 6+ speed such as bodysack in prior turns can allow him to act first which in turn make everyone in the team do 40% more damage to the enemy, This makes him top tier in contents where you want faster clears. Unfortunately his other skills sucks as they actually roll below average without condition which half the time you’re not gonna be at 6+ speed unless you get lucky or get haste. He also wants a fast clear as the moment he runs out of ammo he becomes useless which takes atleast 6-8 turns if he is uptie 4. While quick suppression does alot of damage and give other sinners alot of damage his other skills just cannot keep up.

Notable E.G.O. Synergies Bodysack - Base E.G.O. that makes Heathcliff so good and lets him setup his Quick Suppression to be at full power.
