Review
R Corp. 4th Pack Reindeer Rodion, like the rest of the Reindeer IDs, is a Charge Sinking Identity who can deal consistent high damage across all her skills once ramped up.
Reindeer Rodion’s Passive is probably the most interesting part of her kit. If the enemy does not have any Sinking on them, Rodion will inflict twice the amount of Sinking Potency, leading to a bit more damage and enemy SP loss, especially in a team where she is the only Sinking applier (Envy / Middle team). Additionally, while she is below 35% HP, all her skills get +1 Final Power, helping with clashing at Death’s Door.
Skill 1 - Energy Strike - 'That's What You Get For Giving Us Holiday Shifts!' - 2 Coins - Min roll 11 - Max roll 15 - Decent damage when ramped up due to 50% bonus damage and due to [Clash Lose] condition, Rodion can obtain Charge Count consistently, even if bad Coin Flip happened at the cost of small SP loss due to self Sinking infliction.
Skill 2 - Concentration - 'Burst and Pop with Christmas Colors!' - 2 Coins - Min roll 16 - Max roll 20 - Very similar to Skill 1, with just bigger numbers, but its 2nd Coin will either provide Rodion with more Charge or inflict Blunt Fragility next turn based on current Charge Count, which is great with the rest of the Reindeers or Blunt-focused IDs like the Middle IDs.
Skill 3 - Mind Whip - 'Ahaha... Look, Everyone! We're the Fireworks this Christmas!' - 4 Coins - Min roll 16 - Max roll 24 - Not win rate-friendly skill. While it is capable of great damage due to its modifiers, if used at 5-9 Charge Count, it can cause friendly fire paired with SP loss and most likely stagger. It is also worth mentioning that this skill consumes ALL Charge Count
Defensive Skill - Energy Condensation - 'Haha! Everybody's Sparkling and Glittering!' - Guard - Min roll 10 - Max roll 15 - Not much to write and should be used only if, for some reason, usage of skills is not a good idea.
Overall, Reindeer Rodion is a solid and consistent Damage Dealer. Other than that, her Sinking infliction leaves a lot to be desired, and even then, alternatives such as Knight of Despair Rodion exist. While unfortunately, she lacks the same damage output as Reindeer Hong Lu, she makes up for it with better Charge gain, making her more flexible with team building.
Charge team: While it does not really benefit her much, she is still a solid pick here if you do not have Knight of Despair Rodion
Decent consistent damage.
Risk of indiscriminate Skill 3.
A self-sinking application, if not paid attention to, can cause some issues.
Knight of Despair Rodion exists.
