Shi Heathcliff sadly didn't benefit from the recent passive and Sanity changes. He still requires to be below 25% HP to be “online” which is riskier than Don and Ishmael with their 50% HP threshold. The Sanity changes helped his skill 2 and skill 3 to clash better, but they are still rather underwhelming.
His support passive while great on paper is worse than LCB Rodion or TingTang Hong Lu’s passives as they don't require chaining, which is especially important in the Railway end-game mode.
