Requires Uptie 4 to work and NEEDS to be at 50% HP or lower. Otherwise, Shi Heathcliff's performance will be really lackluster compared to other IDs. Shi Heathcliff can work with his HP above 50%, but in those cases other IDs can just do better. While at 50% or lower, Shi Heathcliff's damage is just decent.
