[The House of Spiders: The Middle Nursefather] Outis is the newest addition to the Middle team and the sacrificial team of [Blade of the House of Spiders] Ryōshū’s collections, performing better in the Middle team. While [The Middle Big Brother] Heathcliff was a glue that tied the Middle team together, Middle Outis is a stamp of approval on the team's effectiveness and strength. What does she bring to the table? Damage, a lot of it. Like really a lot. Let's talk about her Passives, 6 of them plus 1 Support Passive, and then about her 9 (!) skills and why her damage can reach absurd levels.

Firstly, we will go over each of her unique statuses; she has 9 of them, by the way.

Sealed Sword - Middle Outis unique mechanic where you need to use Skill 3-3 from decreasing Rising Fever a total of 3 times to fully unbox Lævateinn, which normally takes 5 Turns on Middle team. On Sealed Sword, first seal and second seal removed stage, she gets Haste, more damage based on Bleed and extra damage based on Sealed Sword stage. However, when fully unboxed, this Sealed Sword status turns into Lævateinn, inflicting 3 Burn on EVERYONE, gaining access to Lævateinn exclusive skills, and now the damage modifier is based on Bleed and Burn.
Rising Fever - Simply a counter to keep track of when she will use Skill 3-3; essentially, you want to make it 0. Losing one stack when using her Skill 3 or 6+ Envy Res on turn end. Do keep in mind that at the time of her release, there is a tech to make her use Skill 3-3 twice due to the interaction with her unstagger and going 6+ Envy Res without using Skill 3, although this requires her to be at the first Sealed Sword stage. Niche but a neat tech to speed things up.
Ridiculous Grit - Fixes your damage type resistance to normal (unless staggered), takes up to -50% damage, heals SP, and deals more damage when losing SP. Loses 1 stack on turn end
The Middle Grudge - +20% damage against targets with Vengeance Mark and is used to cheat out Skill 3 on passive and The Middle - Vengeance Tattoo ~~[Great Sister].~~
Check This Out Kiddo! / I Got Praised! - Middle Outis and Middle Ishmael exclusive. Essentially free 10% damage and 1 final power.
Avenging My Family - Only obtained by murking Middle Ishmael. Permanent +1 Final Power to base skills and +20% more Envy damage.
Vengeance Mark - Counter used to keep track of the enemy who dealt the most damage to allies.
Book of Vengeance [The House of Spiders] - Not just your ordinary Book of Vengeance, this is a new thing. When allies get hit, especially Middle allies and Apprentice Ishmael, and when Envy Reson. is being performed, Outis will gain The Middle - Grudge. Also, when Apprentice Ishmael is present, she will get more of her own The Middle - Grudge to speed her ramp up a bit more.
The Middle - Vengeance Tattoo ~~[Great Sister]~~ - More Final Power (max 2) and up to 50% damage to Envy and Blunt skills. Gained by consuming 5 The Middle- Grudge

Now for the Passives. TLDR; her always active Passive does as follows:

Makes her a Burn and Bleed ID. If she has the first seal or second seal removed, all her skills that inflict Bleed also count as skill that inflicts Burn (Mainly for Mirror Dungeon).
Rising Fever requirement for Sealed Sword; Sealed Sword only has 1, while the first and second seal removed states are 2. Totalling 5 Rising Fever you have to decrease for Lævateinn.
Gets 3 Ridiculous Grit upon reaching 50% HP (once per encounter).
Unstagger, lmao, Stamp of Vengeance this guy.
Cheats out skill 3 when she has 15 The Middle - Grudge, because why not. Mainly important for non-Middle team composition.
Gives Check This Out Kiddo! / I Got Praised!. For Middle Outis, it is when you win a clash (if it was the first, gain one more) and when hitting with a non-cracked coin. For Middle Ishmael, she also gets it like Middle Outis, but she also gets more if she activated Skill 3 from counter.
When Middle Outis gets hit with S ay th H av n s - Ti n ha [天殺] or is defeated, Blade of the House of Spiders Ryoshu gets 1 Entanglement, -20% damage taken, 1 Offense Level Up (max 2). Only kill her when needed, as it might be better to keep her alive.
When Middle Outis has Lævateinn, she will just straight up kill an ally if they are at less than 20% HP to deal a ton of damage, 30% for Middle Ish/mael. If the sacrifice has “The Middle” tag, she gains 1 Envy Damage Up next turn. However, if it was Middle Ish/mael, she gets Avenging My Family status instead. Unfortunately, this can only trigger once per encounter. Mommy didn’t raise no losers.

Now for her activated passive, which requires 3 Envy owned; there is your Middle signature Vengeance Mark and Book of Vengeance, BUT with something new. When allies get hit, especially Middle allies and Apprentice Ishmael, and when Envy Reson. is being performed, Outis will gain The Middle - Grudge effect that she can consume by using skills to get The Middle - Vengeance Tattoo ~~[Great Sister]~~. Also, when Apprentice Ishmael is present, she will get more of her own The Middle - Grudge to speed her ramp up a bit more.

Last is her Support Passive. When allies equip Counter skill, and you do 4 Envy Res at least, they will get 1 Damage Up and 1 Protection, and if they are from Middle, they will get 2 Envy DMG Up and 2 Protection instead. Really solid passive for Middle team, but sadly, having Outis on field is way more beneficial.

Now, the skills. We will be brief since we care really only about all of the Skill 3 and Counter.

Skill 1-1 - Stomping - 2 Coins - Lust skill that helps fuel EGO [I'll Go fer Scissors. How 'Bout You?] for Outis.
Skill 1-2 - I’ll Gut You Like a Fish - 2 Coins - Envy skill that does all right damage and inflicts decent Burn on top of Bind and rare Paralyze next turn.
Skill 2-1 - Don't Let Somethin' Like This Break You! - 3 Coins - All right Skill 2 that you will most likely rarely use.
Skill 2-2 - Gut Stab [Lævateinn] - 5 Coins - And that is a skill and a half. First Skill 2 with 5 Coins since Pequod Yi Sang, without conditionals; those are just there at base. With all the modifiers in Middle Outis's kit, this will hit like a truck.
Skill 3-1 - Stamp of Vengeance - 4 Coins - Skill you will see the most, as Outis Counter, like the rest of the Middle Identities, will be changed to that Skill at 6+ Envy Reson. Great damage, Bleed infliction, and at First and Second seal, also decent Burn infliction.
Skill 3-2 - Complete and Total Extermination [Lævateinn] - 5 Coins - Absurd skill with the same absurd potential amount of damage it can inflict. All the bonuses Outis can get really push this skill to among the best in the game, especially since Counter can change to that skill too once Lævateinn status is up, so this skill is basically always available. Once Outis gets rolling, she will roll over enemies.
Skill 3-3 - Time to Unpack! - 4 Coins - Skill that will remove Seals from Outis’s sword. Great damage despite being available only when Outis is lacking all her modifiers. Can be used twice in a single turn; read the Rising Fever status effect at the top of the review for details.
Skill 3-4 - Good Girl. Your Sacrifice for the Family Won't Be Forgotten. - 1 Coin - This is the skill that will punish Sinners for daring to lose clashes at low HP. Middle Ish/mael gets a bonus of being for sure dead afterwards, thanks to the bonus 100% damage done to her. Should not have disappointed family and the rest of the team by losing the Clash.
Defensive Skill - Counter - 2 Coins - At 6+ sum of Envy A-Reson. This skill will turn into Skill 3-1 or Skill 3-2, depending on Outis ' Ramp-Up progress and, most importantly, on combat start; she will gain 30% of Missing HP as Shield. In the Middle team, paired with Middle Heathcliff's damage reduction passive, Outis will be taking hits left and right that would not even dent her shield, as her base HP sits among the highest in the game, making her unbelievably tanky the lower her HP gets.

To sum it up, [The House of Spiders: The Middle Nursefather] Outis is a powerhouse of a DPS who is held back by having her full potential locked by Middle Faction team, as only there she can reach Lævateinn relatively fast and start railing on enemies with Skill 3-2 and being close to erasing them from game as Blade of House of Spiders is erasing her own allies.
