[Tingtang Gang Gangleader] Hong Lu

You know, I have to say it here - Project Moon are Hong Lu simps. There's no other way to explain the fact that both 000 and 00 Hong Lu are pure monsters.

Tingtang Hong Lu is a living and breathing killing machine that can output ridiculous amounts of damage and speedrun Mirror Dungeons Floors 1 and 2, drastically reducing the time you need to farm.

His first skill, Throat Slit, has decent rolls and can inflict Bleed. Swap this skill out whenever you can as his other two skills are much better. His second skill, Shank, is Tingtang’s bread and butter this skill does absurd damage when rolling heads, which is easy to do with his passive. His third skill, Mutilate, is the go big or go home type of skill. You will not win a clash with it if you are not rolling heads, but if you do kill the enemy, you will be able to reuse the skill again.

His passive helps him by keeping him at max Sanity so he can roll heads more and is easy to proc. His support passive is a big 20% dmg buff to 1 highest SP ally.

In conclusion, the Sanity changes made TingTang Hong Lu much stronger than he already was since he will be hitting heads a lot more. You can also bench him entirely for a 20% dmg buff but that would mean not using Hong Lu. He is really good on Mirror Dungeon since early enemies have really low hp making mutilate clear a stage button on heads hit.
