W Corp Meursault is honestly the most underwhelming 000 Identity available on release. His whole kit focuses on spending Charges, but he can barely generate them, so he's usually sitting there useless. And considering that his gacha EGO is currently one of the strongest in the game, him being useless hurts even more.
