Finally, a GOOD sinking ID for Outis. Butler Outis is a rather unique Sinking ID, where all of her coins are Sinking net negative on all of her skills, her Sinking count mainly coming from winning clashes with her Skill 2 and Skill 3. While the numbers on her skills are also on the lower end, Sinking as a status helps everyone with clashing by making the opponent roll tails as often as possible, making non-focused encounters a breeze and when faced with an opponent that doesn't have SP, Sinking just turns into a better (or worse) version of Rupture. Her passive also gives her a plethora of good buffs to further boost her damage and clash numbers. The main selling point of this ID is the unique status the inflicts, "Echoes of the Manor." This status, when applied to the enemy, has a 50% chance to inflict +1 Sinking Count when inflicted with Sinking Potency or Count from any Skill or Coin effects, effectively making any and all Sinking IDs net neutral or even net positive with their Skills. Of course, this won't always proc, but it's extremely useful to have for a Sinking team if you don't have an ego like Rime Shank. When unit panics with this status inflicted onto it, it has a unique panic type named "Echoes of the Manor" and this panic type further reduces the opponent's ability to clash by reducing their Clash Power. They will also deal more damage on hit, so you'd have to be careful of that. Furthermore, the unique that panics with it will also spread the status effect around to other enemies, easily making the entire enemy team panic. Finally, it has benefits if the unit doesn't have SP at all, where the enemies has a -10% chance to flip Heads. This ID is an incredible ID for mob fights, but against opponents with Negative Coin skills, the unique status alongside Sinking as a whole, will make them significantly more threatening. Echoes of the Manor is potentially a game changer for Abnormality fights as a whole, reducing their chance to flip heads by 10%. The mini-nuke on the final coin of this ID's S3 can also prove problematic to proc, since you'd either need 2 slots or run other IDs that can inflict Echoes of the Manor to actually trigger it, and sometimes it won't be worth it compared to the good ol' Sinking Deluge.
Exceptionally good for Non-Focused Battles
Provides a Sinking Team with a status that helps maintain Sinking Count
Passive is extremely good to help with clearing out waves of enemies and has great damage ramp against bosses
Echoes of the Manor slightly helps clashing against enemies without SP
Echoes of the Manor is not that much of a reliable source for Sinking Count
The nuke on the final coin of her Skill 3 can prove problematic to proc on her own. It's recommended to run her with other IDs that can inflict Echoes of the Manor.
Rather below average clashing numbers. This won't matter much on an enemy with SP but she'll kind of have a hard time clashing against enemies without SP.
