Review
Even with Uptie 4, Zwei Rodion is just not worth using. Her shield gained from having poise is way too small to even be considered tanky, she provides no team utility, no debuffs besides fragility on crit which is useless because she can't even gain poise potency, no team buffs, and her passives are not even good.
