Game Modes

Lost Sword features a plethora of Game Modes be it Single Player PVE, PVP Content or Guild content, here are all of them explained.

Campaign

Adventure - Main story mode and the primary progression path. Includes Hard/Hell difficulty modes that grant diamonds as mission rewards at specific stage-clear milestones.

Generic PVE Content

Labyrinth - Weekly dungeon climb providing Town upgrade materials and EXP Books.

Tower of Oberon - One-time clear tower climb. Rewards one of the game's best swords upon clearing Stage 50.

World Tree Rift - Unlocked after clearing Tower of Oberon. A one-time clear challenge awarding the best tank weapon from 10F(Balisada), A good staff packed with a bunch of passive buffs from 20F(Infinity Staff), and a staff that has a built-in Dispel from 31F(Gambanteinn). Other rewards are generally less significant.

Stonehenge - Unlocked at specific Adventure milestones. Timed stages requiring Boss Tickets to challenge bosses. Generates 10 minutes of daily timer (stacks up to 2 hours). Primary source for high-quality gear, relic cubes & dust. Using boss tickets does not consume the timer.

Gold Goblin Shrine - Optimal gold farming location. First-time clear offers substantial gold. Provides 3 daily sweeps.

Sanctuary of Experience - Functions like the Gold Goblin Shrine but rewards EXP Books.

Event Dungeons - Side-story dungeons offering either one-time rewards or event tokens for a dedicated event shop.

Town - Resource hub for gathering Eggs and Meat (via chicken battles). Allows interaction with specific NPCs. Upgrading via Ria and Talin grants small permanent boosts to EXP gain and base stats (ATK, HP, DEF). Also serves as the access point for the Secret Cow Queen Dungeon.

Cow Queen - Unlocked after interacting with a mysterious lobby NPC. Accessed through Karen the Cow Girl in Town. Features a Stonehenge-like stage with guaranteed clear loot. Players receive 3 free weekly entries. Additional attempts require a New Year's Bell (obtained from events or the exchange shop).

PVP

Colosseum - The only PvP mode currently. An auto-battler similar to Princess Connect (Priconne). Awards a one-time diamond reward upon each rank-up, maxing out at 7,777 Diamonds upon reaching King's rank.

Raids

Boss Raid - Daily solo raid featuring rotating bosses. Grants 3 free attempts per day.

Party Dungeon - Co-op-style mode (though primarily matches players with bots). Grants 1 free attempt daily. Good source of Mystic Stones, Fairy Tokens, Dragon Tooth, Abyssal Shard and occasionally drops the Abyss gears.

Star Reincarnation - Bi-weekly week-long event requiring at least 2 teams. Features unique bosses and buffs each cycle, demanding varied team compositions.

Avalon - Bi-weekly guild competition where guilds vie for the highest score across chosen castles.

Guilds and Guild Raid

Guilds form a central pillar of the game, serving as the exclusive source of Guild Coins needed to purchase valuable limited items from the Guild Shop. These items include Character Tickets, Pet Summon Tickets, Souls, Mystic Stones, Skill Pages, and more.

Beyond the shop, guild membership offers significant advantages: each guild (capped at 50 members) provides permanent stat bonuses, including increased EXP gain, HP, Attack, and Defense. At level 15, this expands to include a valuable 1% Critical Rate boost.

Furthermore, guilds unlock access to the bi-weekly Avalon event, where members collaborate to compete for the highest damage within chosen castles, earning substantial rewards like Diamonds, Fairy Queen Tokens, and additional Guild Coins.

Daily participation through Check-ins and Donations helps your guild grow, while weekly investments of Gold or Guild Coins unlock resetting Guild Investment Rewards.

Avalaon

Avalon stands as the game's premier guild event, where guilds compete to achieve the highest score within their chosen castles. Each member receives 6 attempts to contribute. Castles feature three distinct phases: the first two (walls and gates) don't deal damage, making healers unnecessary and allowing for optimized offensive lineups. The final phase pits players against a unique Castle Guardian boss, which varies depending on the castle attacked.

Attempts yield valuable rewards: the first two attempts on any castle grant 100 Diamonds each, while the third attempt on a castle increases this to 150 Diamonds. Crucially, guild rewards are based solely on their highest-scoring castle. Therefore, strategically focusing efforts on just one or two castles is highly recommended for maximum efficiency.

At the event's conclusion, members receive substantial rewards—including Guild Coins, Fairy Tokens, Diamonds, Equipment Chests and Equipment Substats Reroll Ticket. —determined by their guild's final ranking.
