An artisan with incredible strength who puts her heart into everything she does, never failing to get the job done at Mighty Tools. As Liter's first apprentice, she has great respect for her mentor. She always listens to what Liter says, and studies her techniques in earnest.

Review
Centi is a Burst II Rocket Launcher Defender who specializes in shielding her team as well as debuffing enemies. She also boasts the highest burst energy generation in the game (when talking about AOE situations), which makes her crucial in modes where you need to reach the Full Burst as soon as possible.
Her shields are especially interesting as in NIKKE they work differently from other games. For example, even if the remaining value of the shield is equal to 1, and the character gets hit by a massive attack (let's say, 100k), the shield will shatter but the remaining damage won't overflow into HP. This allows you to abuse the mechanic on bosses where they deal a lot of damage that is hard to avoid. Still, against multiple enemies that constantly attack your units, the shields are basically useless because of their low value.
As for the debuff part of Cenit's kit. While the DEF debuff has a high value, it only affects 5 enemies with the lowest HP - so if there are any stragglers around an elite, she won't target them and her Burst will be wasted.
Currently, Centi is the best Burst II character in the game for pushing Campaign, especially when you're below the recommended power as her shields make her a perfect 'tank' for the team.
