Review
Epinel is a Burst III SMG attacker who is very selfish as all her buffs only affect her.
While she can increase her own ATK with her S1, without it being stacked to max value, her damage is simply too low. Still, if you manage to stack it, she will actually deal decent damage, but as long as the enemies stay within Near/Mid range - some players even call her mini-Harran as both of them rely on killing enemies to increase their own ATK.
In stages where she can't kill anything to stack her buffs, Epinel is a weak DPS - she uses an SMG which has limited range and base damage while her Skill 2 does not provide enough Critical Rate and Critical Damage to make up for it.
