Helm is a Burst III Attacker who specializes in supporting her allies and healing them.
Her S1 boosts the Critical Rate of all allies when she fully empties her magazine which is easy to do since her weapon of choice is a Sniper Rifle (but the buff only works for normal attacks, not skills), while her S2 further boosts the damage allies deal. The second part of her S2 permanently increases the amount of damage Helm and her allies do to the parts of the bosses appearing in the red circles during fights with them - which means you can interrupt their skills faster.
Still, the most important part of her kit is the super-strong Lifesteal linked to her Burst skill. If you lack a dedicated healer (Pepper or Rapunzel for example) Helm is a great alternative as her Lifesteal is so strong, your damage dealers will quickly heal their missing HP with it.
Helm's biggest issue is that her skills either focus on buffing allies which means her own damage output is really low for a Burst III character.
Despite what the English in-game description claims about the Burst Skill doing damage to enemies in range, the skill actually still deals damage to just one enemy - we tested it on the live server.
We also checked the JPN and KR translations and both say what the announcement said - that it's a single target skill. Though the KR translation mentions it targets the enemy with the highest ATK while the JPN one targets the enemy with the highest DEF. Which is the correct one, we can't be sure, because it's hard to test.
Still, we won't be changing our description to the in-game one because it's 100% wrong.
