Himeno

Himeno is a Burst II Sniper Rifle wielder who focuses on buffing allies and debuffing enemies. With Himeno being an SR rarity character tied to a limited event, we hoped that she would be at least as good as Neve, but sadly she looks pretty meh.

Since Himeno is a Sniper Rifle wielder, when you won't control her, she will always attack enemies with Full Charge. This means that in a boss scenario, you will be able to permanently keep it debuffed via her Skill 1, but even in non-boss stages, this will allow the rest of your team to deal more damage. Just keep in mind that DEF increase/decrease doesn't have that much impact on higher deficits.

Her S2 is a decent buff to Sniper Rifle allies, but sadly the values are a bit low, and also the cooldown is super long - 20 seconds. Still, this makes Himeno a good Burst 2 character for Union Raids when you throw her into your Alice team - this allows you to save stronger Burst 2 characters for your other teams.

Himeno's Burst skill further cements her placement in Alice's team as the skill gives a decent damage charge damage buff to your Burst III character, but the buff also works with Snow White's (since charge damage affects SW Burst) - so if you lack Poli or XAnne, you can safely pair Himeno with your SW and profit from it.

Overall, Himeno is just an average character that can help you when you're a new player who started playing the game during the collab, but once you manage to pull some stronger Burst II characters, you will bench her pretty fast.
