Backstory
A Nikke subordinate to the Unlimited Squad. She is always searching for polar bears. Has a proclivity for hibernating, as she feels imitating the behavior of polar bears is the key to finding them.

Review
Neve is a Burst III Shotgun character that you can get for free from the Christmas event. Sadly, if you're starting playing NIKKE after the event ended, you will have to wait for its rerun to get her.
Of all the SR characters available in the game, Neve is one of the better ones. For an SR rarity character, her damage is actually really good, especially on bosses - if you lack Drake, Sugar, or Maiden, you can Neve in your Interception S team and sometimes, she even outperforms her SSR Shotgun sisters. This is possible thanks to the inbuild Pierce in her kit which allows her to do massive damage to the boss - we still aren't sure if Pierce should work the way it does now, but till the developers confirm it's a bug, it benefits her and a few other characters really nicely.
Overall, Neve is a great SR character that can help you a lot in stages with a lot of Near enemies and on bosses.
