Noise is a Burst I Supporter that can provide healing and damage reduction to her team while at the same time being a tank.
Her Burst skill provides the highest burst healing in the game, but it comes with a serious downside of having 40 seconds cooldown. So to make the most use of it, you would need to pair her with characters that reduce the burst's cooldown or run her with another Burst I character because without it, you will have a massive downtime between Full Bursts.
Additionally, she can Taunt enemies with every Fully Charged shot and heal herself at the same time. Yes, heal. The Max HP buff in the game, not only increases the maximum HP but also the minimum HP by the same amount which translates to being healed. It's a weird interaction, but the devs confirmed it's supposed to work like that. Just keep in mind that after the fix they've implemented, when you play Noise on auto, she isn't healing herself after each shot as she did before.
Still, despite the changes, Noise is still the best tank in the game that both can Taunt enemies and keep herself alive. Just keep in mind that she won't survive a suicide bot to the face, as no healing in the world would save her and you need to play on her manual to abuse the Max HP mechanic.
