A master escape artist who can break out of any prison where she is being kept captive. A highly amiable individual who excels in wheeling and dealing. She is always the life of the party at the Rehabilitation Center.

Quency is a Burst II SMG wielder who focuses on buffing her allies.
Her S1 allows her to duplicate HP of one of her allies which translates to Quency healing herself twice per magazine - since she only requires to fire 60 bullets to trigger the skill. Sadly, even if you pair her with someone with a lot of HP, the healing isn't really that good and it's often not enough to keep herself alive.
Her S2 is a decent ATK buff that affects 2 allies and it has a pretty high uptime (8 seconds cooldown and lasts for 5 seconds). This allows Quency to shine in teams that use 2x Burst III attackers and another buffer for the third Burst III - she's not that good in the classic 3 DPS Burst III teams as one of the DPS won't get buffed.
As for Quency's Burst skill, similar to her S2, it only affects 2 allies so similar restrictions apply here. Sadly, the buffs tied to the Burst are pretty underwhelming. Critical Damage is inferior to ATK buffs in the current damage formula, and also the healing tied to the max HP increase isn't that impactful.
In PVP Quency is also really underwhelming - since she's SMG wielder, her burst generation is weak and also she simply doesn't bring enough to the table to make her worth using over other Burst II characters.
Overall, while Quency is a decent Burst II character, she's weaker than the current Burst II meta characters like Centi, Rupee or Dolla and also if you want to use her, you need to run a team with only 2x Burst III DPS as her buffs only affect 2 allies.

great uptime on the ATK buff,
20-second Burst cooldown makes her pretty flexible and easy to use in a variety of teams, but...
...the issue is that her buffs only affect 2 allies,
the healing isn't really that good and she has issues keeping herself and others alive.
