All Skill Values are shown at Level 10 for Characters as the majority of the players will be using their characters with said levels. Said values do not include additional bonuses from outside sources such as Mental Images. Also, characters do not have 1 More, Basic Attack and Gun skills listed as the latter two are barely used, and 1 More is a generic follow-up primarily used to down enemies weak to certain elements.

Review
Akihiko is an Electric Sweeper that plays with knocking down foes.
Just like Noir, he works very well in fights where you are dealing with multiple strong bosses.
He has one of the most impressive stats page out of all DPS by having Critical Rate on level up and Critical Damage from weapon.
In terms of play patterns his are very similar to Noir, What sets Akihiko apart from Noir is he has an on demand Skill that can decrease foes' Down Points, however this isn't very strong as it is just one usage every 3 turns and you are putting something in the foes' hand in hoping you can down them before his S3.
Another difference from Noir is as his Skill 3 has a fixed cooldown, you have less flexibility on when you can burst, meaning you can have a fail state of not downing all foes on the right turns to maximize damage.
Akihiko’s Theurgy takes 140 Theurgy Energy, which is very bad as that takes 4 turns to charge, meaning in most 6 turns fight you can only use this once.
Overall, Akihiko is a pretty straightforward DPS, he hits hard, but takes a while to deal his damage.
Koromaru (CN): Koromaru can provide frequent knockdowns for Akihiko.
Awareness 1: Akihiko can now use 2 Theurgies within 6 turns.
Weapon: This weapon provides Critical Damage as main stats which is both very strong and rare it also provides Critical Rate.
Deals heavy damage and rewards slower setup teams.
Takes 3 turns to deal most of his damage.
Can only use 1 Theurgy on his own.
Relies on foes being downed to maximize his damage.
