At the start of battle, Fuuka gains 1/2/3 [Wish Listener] stacks (effect increases at level 1/50/70). Stacks up to 4 times.
[Oracle Shift]: Spend 4 [Wish Listener] stacks. The acting [Current Character] becomes inactive, the [Backup Character] becomes active, and takes 1 action. After this action, the [Backup Character] becomes inactive, and the [Current Character] becomes active to continue their turn.
